You agree by using the services provided by Netzy Cloud Services to follow our Terms of Service & Rules of interaction. You further acknowledge that you will not use this service for anything that is illegal.
You agree to be respectful at all times to all users of the platform including users on other servers that you are able to interact with due to federation of content.
If you are not sure what is reasonably considered private please contact the moderators for clarification.
You understand that you are posting on a Global Network and that you are responsible for your privacy. DO NOT post things you wish to keep secret. Even if you make your posts and/or content private another user that you have given access to your private posts and content could repost it for people outside of your network to view.
You agree that Netzy Cloud Services will not be responsible for any damage caused to you by allowing other users to share your content over the federated network. If you do not agree to this condition then you CANNOT continue to use our services.
If a user on this server shares your private posts or content, without your consent, please contact the Moderator for assistance.
You agree not to register a Bot Account on this server. All BOT accounts will be be immediately suspended and deleted. You will be placed on our DO NOT ALLOW list and won’t be able to create any new accounts on this server.
You will not use this service solely as a marketing tool or to launch a marketing campaign. Though you can endorse yourself or family & friends and their products or services. As long as it is not the sole function of your account.
If for any reason you feel you cannot comply with the our Terms Of Service or violate the Rules of Interaction then you cannot continue to use our services.
The Rules of Interaction and Terms of Service can and will be updated at any time that is deemed necessary by the administrator. It is your personal responsibility to check for updates to these policies once you’ve been notified and comply with any newly described boundaries.
Note: The word “Server” in this TOS refers to the Netzy Cloud Servers that host the software you use to connect with others.
Privacy
Netzy Cloud Services utilize End-to End Encryption to protect our users data. All information that you provide during registration that can reasonably be considered private will not be sold, shared or provided to anyone by Netzy Cloud Services for any reason other than to comply with a legal subpoena duly submitted by a Law Enforcement Agency.

No vulgar and/or obscene Display Names
DO NOT do anything illegal on our servers.
DO NOT harass, bully or be rude to other users.
Hate speech and racism will not be tolerated
NOTIFY ADMINISTRATOR of any BAD ACTORS
Use the Abuse Report system to make a report to moderators
